論我國證券市場的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展構想

摘要：開放與市場，特別是證券市場，對我國城市體制改革和市場經(jīng)濟體制的發(fā)展具有重要的作用。近年來，我國證券市場有了長足的發(fā)展，但由于起步較晚，在發(fā)展中也暴露出了不少。本文著重從我國證券市場的現(xiàn)狀入手，剖析證券市場存在的主要問題，并在此基礎上提出了證券市場的發(fā)展構想。
　　Abstract：Opening and developing the financial market, especially the stock market will play a very important role in the reform of the city economic system and the development of the socialist market economic system. In the past few years, stock market has been developing vigorously in China, but many problems are exposed in the course of its development because of late starting.
